With 24/7 customer support our licenced scale technicians will make sure that your weighing equipment (trade or non trade) is always showing a correct reading and each service or repair will be finalised with a detailed calibration report and form 6 (in the case of trade instrument), a copy of these documents will be sent to you for your record, to government NMI (for trade instruments) and we will also keep a copy in our scale history records. In this way, each weighing instrument will have a repair and service history (like a car log book), which will be very helpful in the case of breakdowns, or replacement plans with new equipment.
